1. Hanging installation

1.1 This type of installation is intended for indoor and semi-outdoor applications.

1.2 Generally used at entrances of passageways and corridors, but also at entrances of stations, railway stations, subway entrances, etc..

1.3 Be used for traffic-calming on roads, railways and highways.

1.4 The screen design is generally a one cabinet design, or a hanging structure design.


2. Embedded installation

2.1 The entire LED display body embedded in the wall, display surface and the wall in the same horizontal level.

2.2 Simple cabinet design is generally used.

2.3 Pre-maintenance (front maintenance design) is generally used.

2.4 This installation method is used for both indoor and outdoor applications, but is mainly used with small pitch and small display area screens.

2.5 It is usually used in the entrance of the building, building lobby, etc.


3. Column type (single and double column) installation

There are several ways to install the column type, largely used for outdoor advertising signs.

3.1 Single-column installation: suitable for small-screen applications.

3.2 Dual-column installation: suitable for large-screen applications.

3.3 Enclosed maintenance access: for simple cabinets.

3.4 Open maintenance access: for standard cabinets.


4. Wall-mounted installation

4.1 This type of installation is normally used for indoor or semi-outdoor applications.

4.2 small display area of the screen body, generally do not leave maintenance access space, the whole screen is removed for maintenance, or made into a folding integrated frame.

4.3 The screens are slightly larger and are mostly designed for frontal maintenance (i.e., frontal maintenance design, usually in column assembly).


5. Roof-mounted

5.1 The wind resistance of the display and the steel frame structure is a key factor in this installation.

5.2 Usually with angled mounting, or 8° inclined design of the module.

5.3 Mostly used for outdoor advertising displays.


6. Rental of lifting installation


The lifting screen should not be large. General is 6M * 10M or less. Exception for special cabinet material and bar screen type.

Top with hanging beam, bottom with bottom beam. The lifting beam is used to lift the screen.


Connect the vertical cabinets with lifting structure, and tighten the horizontal cabinets with a lock between them.


The lifting structure is divided into: gear type, cone rod type, bolt type.

They differ in the following features.

1. geared is more expensive, good looking.

2. Cone rod type is moderately expensive and reliable.

3. Bolt type is cheap, reliable, and more difficult to assemble, suitable for not repeatedly disassembling.
